About SCRIB

Flexibility is provided by the 3 editions of the SCRIB application, which offer a wide range of configurations, both through the available options and through configuring the calculation method for rights, deductions, and transfers (contributions) at the company level. The concepts underlying the SCRIB application are original and are based on processes for entering, modifying, and calculating data, ensuring they are always valid.

Data Import

SCRIB offers multiple import methods to facilitate transition from other systems and integration with external systems.

REGES Online via API

During implementation, employer data, employee personal data, and their contract history will be imported from the REGES Online application database.

RVS

.RVS Files

During implementation, employer data, employee personal data, and the latest contract status for each employee will be imported from the .RVS file you provide.

XLSX

.XLSX Files

During implementation, employer data, employee personal data, and the latest contract status for each employee will be imported from the .XLSX file you provide.

Document Generation

SCRIB automates HR document generation and provides support for digital signing and archiving.

HR Activity Documents

SCRIB generates and saves documents in the database based on the action performed. For example, in case of hiring action, the Individual Employment Contract will be generated; in case of contract termination action, the Termination Decision will be generated.

.RVS File Generation for REGES

In the process of generating the .RVS file, you have the possibility to select which of the new operations performed on contracts you want to transmit to REGES Online. Moreover, the SCRIB application allows displaying differences between two successive transmissions.

Digital Signature and Archiving

Partnership with certSIGN for digital signing and archiving of documents with legal value.

DocSign - Digital Signature

DocSign is a web application developed by ROBITE that allows you to digitally sign any document generated from SCRIB. Signing is implemented with a high degree of security, through two-step authentication (two-factor): the password required at authentication and the unique authorization code transmitted via SMS.

DocArchive - Digital Archiving

DocArchive is a web application that takes digitally signed documents from DocSign and sends them to certSIGN's digital archiving service for long-term storage with legal value.

Payroll Calculation and Contracts

The advanced payroll calculation and contract management system offers maximum flexibility and accuracy in payroll calculations.

Multiple Contracts per Employee

SCRIB allows entering and tracking multiple contracts per employee in parallel. SCRIB manages each contract separately, with history, and performs deduction calculation only once for all monthly salary rights related to them.

Changes During the Month

SCRIB allows changing contract data related to payroll calculation during the month, as many times as needed, without worries about calculating rights, deductions, transfers, and generating the declarations that need to be prepared.

100% Configurable

The calculation method is configurable both at the level of rights and deductions, and at the level of transfers (contributions). The number of variables is unlimited for calculating rights, deductions, and transfers (taxes), being specific to each company.

Advanced Features

SCRIB offers advanced features for managing HR processes and optimizing user experience.

Historical Data Management

The fact that all important data held in the application has historical management attests to the accuracy of information provided by SCRIB. Employee name and surname, employee address, employee attributes and payroll data are kept with history.

Message System

The message system alerts users about validations or events that occurred. Messages are of three types: warning, critical, or informative. Informative messages will be displayed based on the user's level and experience.

Process Controlled

The process is the basic control of the SCRIB application at the user interface level. With the help of processes, the user has an overview of the data entered in the application and the calculations performed at each month level.

Notifications

Notifications are added at the end of each contract-related action and are displayed in the application interface for a predefined period. The application displays notifications about actions you need to take.

Access Control and Permissions

Application entry is done with Username and Password. For each user, access rights can be set to companies, workplaces, processes, and permissions for data entry and viewing in report form.

Adaptive User Experience

SCRIB treats users according to their level, so that after the application is well known, the user no longer wastes time confirming obvious actions.

Custom Report Generator

The advanced report generation system offers complete flexibility in organizing and exporting data.

Customizable Fields

For each type of report there is a set of fields (columns) that can be included in the report. The report generator allows you to set an unlimited number of formats (layouts) for each type of report to organize data.

Multiple Export

Once a format is set, you can view and print the report, export or email it in XLSX, PDF, CSV, XLS, RTF, TIFF, MHTML, XPS format.

Complex Formulas

For all editions there is the possibility to add new columns to the report that contain complex calculation formulas for detailed analysis.

Advanced Grouping

With the help of the report generator you can easily obtain centralizers by grouping data and establishing desired functions on each column in the centralizer.

Unlimited Filtering

The method of filtering data included in the report is unlimited, considering that a filter can be activated for each column.

Visual Formatting

For the clearest possible visualization of data, you can format in colors the cells or rows that meet certain validations.
